I keep feeling like hte back of my throat is swollen or something weird for the past two days. THe weather has changed and gotten warmer, I've turned off the heat and opened the windows in my apartment. I can't think of any other changed I've made to affect my allergies...

what can i do for this?

It doesn't sound like an allergy, more like an infection.

Go see yout GP.

... and get well!

Best wishes!

If I had the symptoms you described and I wasn't running a major fever I'd start drinking warm (almost hot, but not quite) liquids, gargling with warm salt water and eating soups. Sometimes I start to get a sore, swollen throat and can keep the symptoms light by doing the things described above.

If it concerns you though I'd recommend going to a medical professional rather than following other people's anecdotal remedies and treatments.
