B: Spelt Bread with peanut butter, cup of white tea

S: Darvida (I guess only available in switzerland, some kind of whole wheat cracker)

L: Cucumber and tomato ciabatta bread with olives

S: A apple and another darvida

D: Vegan Pizza with tomatos, zucchini, mushrooms, red bell pepper and vegan cheese (damn, this was yummy, looking forward to my lunch which will be the leftover of the pizza!)

L: nairns fruit and spice biscuits packet, 2 tbsp hummus, salad, apple

S: strawberry soya shake

D: cold baked potato with 10g soya marg., a 1/2 sized tin of baked beans, mushrooms, carrot and spinch mixed in

S: frozen summer fruit and soygurt sprinkled with dorset cereals light flakes

Yesterday

Brunch: large soy latte and some toast with peanutbutter and chopped banana.

Snack: cereal with flaxseed and soymilk.

Dinner: soy sausage, baked beans and mixed lettuse and tomatoes.



Toady

Breakfast: oatmeal with soymilk, flaxseed and dried apricots.

Lunch: lentil wrap with different vegetables and a large smoothie with banana, guava and strawberries.

Snack: hummus and crackers.

Dinner: curried chickpeas and vegetables with some brown rice and a small side sallad.

Breakfast Smoothie with banan, red apple, guava, spirulina and soymilk (it was delicious)

Lunch Large sallad with mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onions, asparagus, corn, cabbage, carrots, chickpeas, pumpkin seeds and a balsamic dressing with some olive oil.

Dinner Baked potato with tinned baked beans, chopped kalamata olives and some cheeze (vegan cheese) and a small side sallad.

I have the worst short term memory, so I can't remember what I ate yesterday



So far today (what I remember), I've had:



B: 2 cups of tea (I have a canker sore It's black tea which is high in tannin, something that helps heal the sore) and a biscuit made with Trans fat free Bisquick Yum Yum!

Lunch: baked marinated tofu on a whole weat bun with mushrooms, roasted peppers and sauteed onions.

Snack: cherry flavoured granola bar.

Dinner: I'm planning to have some lentil soup and crackers.

Haven't posted in a while....going through a break-up and was too depressed to eat normally for a while. Yesterday was one of the first days I made the effort to have a meal! Been eating a lot of carbs lately...can't be bothered with much else. I haven't been drinking enough water or eating enough veggies.



b: blueberry soy yogurt, low fat boysenberry and pear granola, a white peach, pineapple chunks. 1 mug of tea with soymilk.

s: some tortilla chips and salsa and a few cheez-it type crackers, diet grapefruit soda

l/d: a "jumbo" smart dog on an enriched bun with mustard and a TON of sauerkraut, a spoonful of baked beans and a ladle-full of my mom's potato salad, 1/2 a corn cob with smart balance, lemon juice and chilli powder

dessert: homemade vegan cinnamon roll and a pineapple popsicle



today so far:



b: matzo ball soup! with mini star pasta in vegetable broth, glass of odwalla superfood juice

l: I packed a natural peanut butter and fig & ginger jam sandwich on wheat plus a grapefruit for the train ride down to San Diego to see my family.
