I woke up at 2:30 in the afternoon. So, no breakfast. But I ate a big dinner.



Lunch: smoothie with soymilk/frozen raspberries/frozen peaches/one red banana/apple-banana juice



Snack: storebought pasta salad with grape tomatoes, broccoli, and red onion



Dinner: couscous salad with grilled zucchini/bell peppers/eggplant, fresh tomato slices with wasabi-dijon dressing, veggie dog with Nayo/ketchup/brown mustard, cup of blue Kool-Aid, bottle of Harpoon India Pale Ale



Snack: cup of blue Kool-Aid



Between lunch and dinner I ran lots of errands, on a bicycle, in uncomfortably warm weather, so I think I'm probably dehydrated now. When I finally got home, my dress was plastered to my back with sweat. I drank no water at all, just beer and Kool-Aid with dinner.

Breakfast: Banana and a big cup of tropical low cal cordial



Lunch: Sweet and sour sauce, fried rice noodles & stir fried vegies YUM! hehe



Dinner: Mashed potato, mixed vegetables & vegetarian hot dog sausages

B: 2 wheat biscuits, 3 small palmfuls of grapes, grapefruit juice, calcium enriched oat milk

L: ww bagel, reduced fat hummus, salad, apple

S: fruit and cereal bar

D: orriechie pasta, tomato and basil sauce, chickpeas, mushrooms, pepper, leek and cauliflower fried in a little oil

S: soygurt, black forest fruit mix and some dorset cereals light flakes

Diet iced tea, wheat thins, hunk of Italian bread

Go Organic vegan bar

yesterday...



b: everything bagel with low-fat veggie cream cheese, a 16 oz smoothie thing (orange juice blended with ice and vanilla vitamin c powder to make it frothy)

s: 1/2 of a vitamin water while working out

l: a handful of pita chips with pine nut hummus, 3 half-sour pickles, and a big bowl of steamed kale with lemon juice and sea salt

d: a couple fried wonton shell pieces dipped in sweet and sour sauce, then about a cup of vegetable lo mein and 1/4 cup of rice with soy sauce. Green tea.

s: a coconut-lime vegan cupcake (with lime buttercream!)

yesterday..



breakfast: multigrain hot cereal, almond milk, apple pie larabar.

lunch: homemade black bean burger on a sprouted grains burger bun with lettuce, tomato, mustard.

dinner: sweet potato/tofu nori rolls, miso soup with mung bean sprouts and sugar snap peas.



today..



breakfast: cherry pie larabar, soy milk, bran cereal.

lunch: same as yesterday.

dinner: acorn squash, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, garlic sprouts, quinoa with lemon dill hummus, a pear.

Breakfast:

Fiber one and ezekiel cereal mixed. 1/2 cup of blueberries plus a handful of raisins and walnuts. 1/2 cup soy milk mixed with 1/2 cup almond milk.

2 cups of coffee.



Lunch:

Salad (Romain, and spring mix lettuces. Grape tomatoes, pecans, blueberries, carrot shavings, and low carb bread with ghee). A TINY bit of gorgonzola on the salad, I keep switching back and forth from veganism....



Dinner:

At Stir Crazy. Teryaki Bowl with tofu, spinach, carrots, pinapple, bean sprouts, and brown rice.



Snack: Frozen yogurt with strawberries.



Snack: low carb bread with walnuts and cherries.

Lunch: BBQ tofu, spring mix salad with miso dressing...



Dinner: tofu, salsa & a baked sweet potato



Sanck: will be an apple

Ok, I probably didn't eat as much as I should have done, but you know what, I didn't weigh dinner at ALL and I'm really proud of that so I'm posting it.

I love lime in baked goods! The only thing I like about my roommate's girlfriend is her lime cookie bar recipe.



JUNE 4th

Snack: popcorn with nutritional yeast, cup of blue Kool-Aid



JUNE 5th

Midnight snack: half a peanut butter and banana sandwich on nine-grain bread, chocolate protein powder mixed with Silk Plus

Breakfast: smoothie made with soymilk/frozen blueberries/frozen peaches/one red banana/apple-banana juice

Lunch/Snack: leftover burrito filling with FSTG multigrain chips

Dinner: half a small loaded-up veggie pizza; dipping sauce made of EB, olive oil, garlic powder, and Tabasco; water

Snack: two Ice-Pops

Snack: bowl of tomato slices (about ¼ of an approx. 1lb tomato) with 1T lemon tahini goddess dressing, chocolate protein powder mixed with Silk Plus

L: bagel with sage and onion slice, chives, bit of hummus and sliced tomato, with a salad. Apple for pudding.

S: four fruits cereal bar.

D: spelt and veg tortelloni, carrot, leek, cauliflower, peas and mushrooms with tomato basil sauce and chives

S: a cut up nectarine, a few frozen berries and cherry soygurt mixed with a bit of museli sprinkled on top.

Breakfast:1/2 grapefruit; 7-grain toast w/nut butter; coffee w/sugar & soy milk



Lunch: Leftover tabbouleh, hummus and 7-grain bread



Supper: Barley and black bean salad



Snacks: hmm... soy milk... a pear, I think... *shrug*



Definitely need to drink more water and remember to eat more fruit.

Bio- don't think its too many grains. You need carbs for fuel. But you know that.

B: Banana, Pistachio Lara bar, Odwalla Orange Juice and a small chunk of pineapple as I went out the door

L: Pita sammich! of blackbean hummus, romaine lettuce, and some chickpeas

D: ? I have leftover Mac Daddy.. maybe Veggie chili mac with corn bread.. it's undecided.



Snacks, raw almonds and banana chips and water throughout the day. Definitely during my Calculus II exam.. I was fidgety.
