I second the dates or any other dried fruit. Peanut butter and banana, frozen banana, rice milk, all simple and easily accessable.
At the moment i am atempting to break my addiction to sugar and keep making sugar free chocolate desert with tofu, dried fruit and cocoa, great frozen or on it's own. I also often make when i want desert is pancakes and insted of adding sugary things i chop up a banana and add some nut butter or plain soy yoghurt. Smoothies are also great.
The other thing you can do if you're really desperate is stick nuts and dried fruit in the food processor and make dried fruit nutty ball things which are really sweet, yummy and good for you.
I have actually been sugar free for about a week now and i'm amazed at how easy it's been and actually how good i feel.
