ok. guys. had more energy. had the glow happening. whole foods with a bit o' junk. not excluding anything. felt great. so WHY..has my skin gone crazy? ive never had bad skin..ever. whats the go there?
and maybe im not eating as healthy as i feel. its weird..food hasn't been my focus for ages, and now seems to be again. i dont know if im eating well or not. too much of one thing or something. but im ..i dont know. sorry. just kind of confused this week. and i dont feel that great and im not suer why..
The two main things that do that to me are dairy and PMS. But everyone's body is different and some people are affected by different things. I agree that you should look at your diet first and see if you have added anything new.
