ok. guys. had more energy. had the glow happening. whole foods with a bit o' junk. not excluding anything. felt great. so WHY..has my skin gone crazy? ive never had bad skin..ever. whats the go there?



and maybe im not eating as healthy as i feel. its weird..food hasn't been my focus for ages, and now seems to be again. i dont know if im eating well or not. too much of one thing or something. but im ..i dont know. sorry. just kind of confused this week. and i dont feel that great and im not suer why..

RE: skin...did you eat something new/different? Could it be changes in hormones? I had the worst breakout EVER in December and it didn't clear up until April and I never had skin problems.

The two main things that do that to me are dairy and PMS. But everyone's body is different and some people are affected by different things. I agree that you should look at your diet first and see if you have added anything new.

How long have you been on your new whole foods diet? Your breakouts could be the result of detox. Give yourself a few weeks and see if it clears up.

ohhh detox can do that? highly likely. plus i also brought dairy back, i guess. yeah. hmmmmmmmmm. thanks for the help, and the thoughts.

I don't mean this in a 'bad' way, but do you ever just stop analyzing and thinking? I understand that overcoming an eating disorder will consume your mind, but really... Try to focus on other things!

Don't you miss the days where you could eat and not think so much? Try to get back there! Focus on other things you love!
