Sites like The Daily Plate, FitDay, etc. are great (thanks for the reco by the way!) but I guess I'm looking for something more (probably more like the online nutritionst thing). For me personally, since I've switched to a better diet my main concerns are that I'm not eating enough protein (I'm probably at least 95% vegan in terms of calories consumed) and that I might be eating too much fat (95% of my fat comes from nuts, seeds, flax/hemp oil, avocado, etc. but I'm still concerned that the quantity might be too high).
I'd love to have a place where I could post a list of everything I ate in a given day or week and have someone who understands analyze the list and make suggestions for improvements. Or better yet, maybe a community where I could do this and people could offer different suggestions. Does something like this exist already?
