i have 2 questions .........

1) when i open a large tin of bean mix and freez it than thaw it does it loose any nutrience?

2) does bbqing veggies cause cancer toxins ..... i often bbq beans and zucchini and lots of veggies ?

I don't think freezing a vegetable would lose it's nutrients, I'm not sure though. Boiling does though.

Bbqing causing cancer? I've never heard of that.

Freezing vegetables doesn't hurt its nutrients, it's actually better than leaving them to sit which eventually does.

I've heard that over-cooking (AKA burning, eheh) is bad, but other than that never heard anything bad about grilling.

ok thank for that also one more whats the best way to cook for nutrience , ive herd microwave , but others say steam?
