I'm a bit pissed off, if you excuse the rather rude language.
The site Palm Oil Truth Foundation doesn't provide the information needed. What do they call balanced? There's no information on the composition of the different fatty acids. How much of which PUFAs? And a fat that is solid is mostly composed of SAFAs, hydrogenized/hardened, or trans fatty acids. So maybe someone has the needed information, until then I'm at least sceptical.
