I am assuming you're just vegetarian.

Your 6 small meal plan sounds okay. I would suggest you minimize the amount of soy you eat per week.

Is it the same food you eat everyday? Or does it vary?

Fish oil isn't vegetarian.

flax oils do not contain the DHA - you need to find a seaweed based one. i know there are a few, but they aren't in canada, so i cannot remember the names.

Flax oil or flax seeds (ground), walnuts, borage oil, a vegan DHA supplement... there's lots of stuff to get omegas from. Look around a bit & you'll find them. I just bought a flax/borage/primrose liquid that has the "perfect balance" of 3, 6, and 9s. I'm gonna use it in salad dressing. Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!
