So I got to thinking today....I often turn to fruit when I need to eat something... easy, fast, tasty...
However, with all the hystero-hype surrounding carbohydrates and the like, I am wondering if my fail-safe (fruit) may be messing with me, and perhaps I eat too much of it overall. I don't want to overdo it, you know?
I do eat plenty of veg as well (tons, actually), so there's that!
But yep, wondering what you all might have as far as thoughts on that go?
