Allo all,



So I got to thinking today....I often turn to fruit when I need to eat something... easy, fast, tasty...



However, with all the hystero-hype surrounding carbohydrates and the like, I am wondering if my fail-safe (fruit) may be messing with me, and perhaps I eat too much of it overall. I don't want to overdo it, you know?



I do eat plenty of veg as well (tons, actually), so there's that!



But yep, wondering what you all might have as far as thoughts on that go?

Fruits are primarily complex carbs and so they are o.k. Carbs to worry about include refined carbs like white bread and pasta.



Some nutritionists advocate not eating to high on the glycemic index, which includes a lot of fruit. You can google to find fruits that are medium to low GI.



But if you are at a reasonable weight and feel o.k. It's more than likely not a problem.
