hey guys.

ive noticed over the past few weeks that i;ve had bags under my eyes. i havent really been lacking much sleep or anything.

Is there any possibility this could be a sign im missing something in my diet? Any other reasons I might have them?

I'll link a picture to show what i mean if anyone thinks that they can help.

Thanks.

Possible lack of Vit K or Iron, you could record your eating in fitday.com and see if either apply to you.

Sodium imbalance?

Did you change anything dramatic in your diet?

Kidney disease?

Any other symtptoms?

Too much options.

It can also be genetic. Some people with larger eye sockets than eyes have bags. It runs in my family and begins to show up in teenage/20's. Unfortunately you may never become a movie idol or a high priced catwalk modle becasue of this. I'd say see if any relitive has baggy eyes.

Hm...now see, I think that's different that what some folks would call "bags". Is it possible that you burst some blood vessels?

The ones I pity are the ones who never stick out their neck for something they believe, never know the taste of moral struggle, and never have the thrill of victory. - Jonathan Kozol

Are you eating more sugary foods and simple carbohydrates? That could cause inflamation that is reflected in the face in a number of ways, including blotchy color, bags under the eyes, early wrinkles, general pallour.

A friend of mine has allergies that causes huge bags under her eyes.

I find keeping hydrated works best. Make sure and drink enough water and at night use a gentle moisturizer.
