In the "I Ate Today! (No starvation posts)", there are people who are not respecting the rules. Some people are posting starvation posts, sort of bragging about how little they eat, as if it were some kind of bloody badge of honour to starve oneself to death.
I understand that there are some people with Eating Disorders and I know that this is a very difficult thing to live with. That's no excuse to go and post in a thread SPECIFICALLY designed for meals which are NOT starvation meals.
There are however people who do NOT have Eating Disorders, and who seem proud of the fact that they are undernourishing themselves and want to shout it from the roof-tops. It's pathetic.
Everyone knows how many calories an adult human needs, as well as the minerals, vitamins, etc. that a body needs. If you DON'T know, well go and look it up. There are whole web-sites DEVOTED to the subject.
But if you REALLY can't resist sharing your route to malnutrition with people, THIS THREAD IS FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
But my advice is to volunteer to go and work in Darfur for a few months instead. That may cure you of your desire to undernourish yourself and screw up the only body you have. (If you don't know where Darfur is, then I am sorry for you.)
