What is everybody's favorite smoothie recipe? What kind of smoothies do you eat/drink?
My smoothie this morning included 1 orange, 2 bananas, 1 red delicious apple, and 1 pear. I keep the skins of the apple and pear on, but wash them really well. I also usually add ice, unless I've frozen my bananas the night before.
I've also found that if I put an orange in the bottom of the blender, I have to add less or no liquid. (I like them really thick, almost like a shake.)
