Is it normal to get shaky if you haven't had much to eat?

Yep me too. Then I get all dizzy and nasty feeling. My Dr says the best thing to do is to graze all day instead of just eating big meals to prevent my blood sugar level from dipping. And for me, it's one of those things I have to prevent, by eating at least something tiny through out the day because if I get feeling all skaky and dizzy, *then* eat, I still feel bad all day.

I think lake of water might do this too

hehhe .... I left that typo in there even though I caught it before posting. Of course I meant 'lack' of water. A Lake of water may induce bloating ;-)

I get the shaking thing along with my father and my sister. Definitely something to avoid by making sure you're properly fed at all times. I don't mean constantly eating but I do mean being constantly stomach happy.

I told you to eat more. Why doesn't anyone listen to me?

It was a one off! Felt ill the night before, then woke up late and didn't have time for anything else, but I think I freaked myself out.
