Today I ate some rice cakes with jelly, a bowl of white rice, a bowl of Puffins Honey Rice cereal with Rice Dream Original Rice Drink, some plain rice cakes, and a bowl of Nature's Path Apple Cinnamon hot oatmeal. I hate the way that list looks, but I was sick yesterday so I have to be nice to my tummy.

I'm just teasing you. That pumpkin muffin sounds so good. With autumn upon us, I can't WAIT to bring more pumpkin goodness back into the kitchen!
The tapas sound delicious. Especially flan which I go crazy over. Yes, the pumpkin muffin was good and insanely huge--roughly the size of my head (not quiiite ) I adore baked goods with pumpkin, but I need to find more recipes with it.
L: My lunch and breakfast are about an hour apart because of my school schedule..think of this as breakfast part II. tomato/pesto/basil tortilla with garlic hummos and greens, a banana, carrots and ranch dip, green and white tea
S (or dinner part I due to my weird scheduling): 2 faux meat tacos with greens.
D: I'm not quite sure yet! Either some aloo gobi or a Persian dish my dad will be making which is basically a stew consisting of eggplant, tomato, and yellow split peas served over basmati rice.
Lunch: Hummus and spinach on whole wheat, baby carrots, a pear
Dinner: Went out with the xc team to Charlie Brown's and attempted to eat vegan: button mushrooms made in oil, not butter, but i hardly touched them, they were sour and garlicky blehhh, onion rings, and french fries......oh my guts are gurgling today :/
no recipe for the muffins; there's a vegetarian restaurant that has a different vegan muffin every day, so i stock up when they have one that sounds really good (they know me as the guy who comes in, asks what their muffin is, and asks for at least two, wrapped in seran).
breakfast: a peach and blueberries with almond milk.
lunch: baked tempeh with zuchinni/fig chutney, a sweet potato with cinnamon.
dinner: two sprouted corn tortillas with black bean hummus, salsa, and sprouts.
