Hi, Peacefully_Anna! Sometimes we have people over, sometimes we don't. Tonight, it was just my husband and me (and the cat for about half the movie ). We watched "The Candidate" with Robert Redford. Two thumbs up. I highly recommend Movie Night.

Brunch: A homemade cheesecake brownie from the farmers' market. The lady also gave me free cheese curds. Good god, people are nice.

Lunch: A cheese and jalapeño tamale.

Dinner: May be guacamole on a whole wheat english muffin, or veggie corn dogs. Depends on mood.

ETA: Dinner was an egg white omelet with oyster mushroom, poblano chilies, tomato, garlic, and catsup. Yeah, lots of animal products. :-(

Snack: Grapes.

2 slices wholemeal toast with humous

1/4 packet of dark choc covered roast coffee beans

Roasted potatoes, cauliflower, mushrooms, onion, leek, parsnip, sprouts and fresh herbs from my garden (rosmary, tarragon and mint) roasted in hemp oil with some free from stuffing mix

Cup of hot chocolate with soya single cream

I know this is very naughty of me but i really fancy a couple of slices of toast right now with pure spread, going to give in to my craving and get myself two slices.
