Lunch: veggie dog on bun w/keppich and cheddar, baked lays potato chips

snack: ice cream

dinner: cheese lasagna (homemade), salad w/balsamic dressing, water

lns: popsicle or something like that.

oh i didnt see this thread before, not feeling too well today but going to post anyway



so far iv had



raw carrots, olives and spring onions with a tub of roast veg hummous



2 cups of yogi tea



half a packet of dark chocolate coated roasted coffee beans (new discovery from health food shop yum)



2 cups of camomile tea



As i say not feeling so good so i dont think ill be eating anything else, might have a hot choc drink before i go to bed made with soya single cream and cafe direct cocoa.



Iv done no exercise today, just a bit of housework as i spent most of yesterday in casualty with an eye infection, iv got an ulcerated cornea, very painful too.

1 whole wheat mini "bagelbread" with 2 tbsp. homemade oatmeal raisin cookie dough hummus

10 baby carrots with about 1/4 an avocado

6 oz. nonfat yogurt with 2 tbsp. flax meal



snack

1 cup frozen raspberries

handful of plain popcorn

2 tbsp more of that hummus, plain... it's addicting



dinner

greek festival! grilled veggie gyros on flatbread with tzatziki sauce... mmm



dessert

greek goodies: 1 triangle of baklava, one pretty big almond paste cookie, and 1/2 a chocolate-covered macaroon

This is fun!



Breakfast: Multigrain raisin instant oatmeal (2 packs)

a few huge grapes



Lunch: A cob of corn from the garden, some pecans, some raisins, some little things



Snack: Watermelon from the garden too (soooo good)



Dinner: I made bread and had a piece of that

some trail mix, carrots, watermelon and some more raisins

i haven't posted here in forever and ages.



i've really been enjoying what i'm eating lately, so i felt the need to post.



breakfast: a bowl of blueberries and loganberries with almond milk.



lunch: 2 strips of baked tempeh with zuchinni/fig chutney, a sweet potato (new favourite food, seriously; i think i end up having one every day!).



dinner: 2 sprouted corn tortillas with black bean hummus, a cup of vedge juice.



i'm loving food for life's ezekiel 1:29 brand sprouted products; i've had the sprouted grain/seed bread and the sprouted grain tortillas, but wasn't too impressed (they both got really hard after microwaving), but the burger buns and the sprouted corn tortillas are great (the buns are way better than generic wonderbread buns, and the corn tortillas stay soft and foldable).



the black bean hummus and the zuchinni/fig chutney aren't brand names (the chutney is made by a girl who works at the vegetarian restaurant in my town and is sold through a small organic market that sets up in front of the restaurant every weekend, and the hummus is sold in a local health foods store); so i haven't the slightest clue about the nutritional information, calories, etc, and this freaks me out a lot, but i'm trying very hard not to, and i'm not letting it stop me from having them!



i'm still obsessing over every possible aspect of my food choices, but at least i'm trying new things and enjoying it, yeah?

Lunch:Natural trail mix,pecans again, and a little itty bitty peach
