Yesterday:

B- Nasty Kellogg's Fruit Harvest cereal

L- pad thai w/ veggies, apple

many miscellanious mini almond joy bars, cheese crackers (2 packs! )

depression

D-Boca sausage sandwich on whole grain bread, with ketchup, mustard, chili sauce, spinach, tomato, cheddar cheese, apple (seperate), raw broccoli, raw green pepper, baby carrots

desset: green tea and half a walnut brownie at the coffeeshop while writing

then I ate like 5 hershey's kisses in bed and a thing of smarties and then went to sleep feeling so awful and lonely and depressed because sand ______ didn't call me back

breakfast: omelet with 1 egg, two eggs whites, mushrooms, half a boca burger, and bell pepper; mulitgrain hot cereal; nonfat yogurt

lunch: falafel sandwich and grande almond milk latte (drinking calories has become easier for me, but only when they are in espresso form. I still can't handle cold milk or juice or anything like that. weird stuff)

dinner: will be whole wheat pasta with vegetarian meatballs and tomato sauce and a side salad

snack: maybe some fruit

I had 2 bowls of noodle soup, Taco Bell, some chips and a soft pretzel.

I also had 2 liters of Mountain Dew and I'm working on another 20 oz right now. Mountain Dew is the bane of my existence.

Pirate, good luck with the new "system" ...please let me know how it goes, maybe by PM, it is something I think might work for me and my partner.

I am at a vegan spa right now, so the food yesterday for dinner was tres chic!

Breakfast: breakfast pita with almond butter, fruit salad (at a cafe in Toronto)

Lunch: lavash crackers with pb, apple, raw veggies (because dad forgot we didn't get lunch at the spa, so we had to eat his snacks...sigh)

Dinner: "amuse bouche" of sweet potato soup, green salad, teriyaki tofu with rice, custom-made vegan chocolate b-day cake (I don't like chocolate, but my dad ordered it especially for me...so I ate a nice piece...still...ick!)

Last week was a disaster. It freaked me out too much trying to eat with my man and the voices were really laying into me. I bought a lot of recovery books and have dipped into them all now; all useful in their own way and have taken a suggested plan out of one of them which I am going to follow this week. I must. It is so hard. I ate supper last night and so far today is going well I cannot express how determined I am. The plan says I will eat:

B: Strawberry yoghurt, branflakes, 1 slice wholemeal with margerine

L: 1 slice wholemeal with margerine, cottage cheese, crudites with dressing

S: Strawberries and raspberries

D: Brown rice, tofu, steamed kale/ mixed veggies, blueberries and peach yoghurt

I am going to not think about it. The book tells me to do it and the authors know best.

S: Strawberries

D: Baked tofu stir fry; brown rice; spinach salad with tahini sesame dressing

S: Apple

I recently decided to clean up my diet and go entirely vegan. I'm still having some trouble getting used to being so hungry all the time and eating so many times a day...
