I'm not tiny! 5'7.5, 145 lbs. Happy to say that running 60 mpw ensures most of that weight is healthy. :-D

I'm the same height, and around the same weight as you are. I work out 3-5 times per week and follow weight watchers. If you would like to chat at any point in time just send me a private message. Maybe we can exchange tips.

Keep in mind, though, that size ten is still smaller than average. The average American size is a size 14, with weight hovering around 160...Hopefully that makes you feel at least a bit better :-D

4'11"

79-84 lbs

BMI 16 - 17.

I know that is underweight, but I do consider myself very deeply set in my ED recovery. I am eating very healthy, three decent sized meals and one - three snacks a day. I exercise 30 - 120 minutes a day, and am maintaining my weight, so overall, I think I'm doing really well.

I'm 6'1 (I'm a girl) and I weigh about 165 lbs... About three years ago, I was over 200, so I consider my weight now a success! I'd like to lose a few before my wedding, but honestly, being as tall as I am, and having the broad shoulders and hips that I have, I would look strange losing too much weight. Some women can pull off the waify look, but not I ;-)

Oh, I'm a size 10 US.. My waist is 30 inches and my bust is pretty small.... It's all in my hips

EDIT: did I mention that I feel like an OGRE after reading the replies in this thread? I've been this height since I was 12 years old, and ever since then I sorta feel like all the petite people I encounter are afraid I'll eat them or something ;D

5'2", and I fluctuate between 155 and 160 lbs. I seem to wear it pretty well. When I look at the numbers, I'm thinking I should be fat, but I see it as curvy.

I didn't even lose weight when I became veggie 1.5 years ago. Most people I know (all omnis) scratch their heads over that one.

haha, I feel like a borrower in real life and this thread makes me feel a bit better because there are lots of people who are quite short. I think I have a skewed perception of how short I am because all my friends are tall...I'm 5'3" so I'm not that short but my girlfriend is 5'11" and most of my female friends are at least 5'7"...I don't know if I have any male friends under 6 foot. So I feel really litte

You should start hanging out with me. You wouldn't feel short at all...because you are four inches taller than me. Ah, the joys of being fully grown and 4'11".

Yeah, Iso, we need to hang out. Actually, I'm not even the shortest person I know (I'm 4'11"), but all of my friends are taller than me. Actually, it's funny because I feel really uncomfortable anytime I talk to someone shorter than me. I'm like "Wait, I have to look down at you? How strange, people's faces are supposed to be above mine!"

5.358795738234 feet, 120 lbs. I've been trying to get back in shape lately after not having access to a gym for a few months... I don't know how my weight will change if it does, as I need to lose a little fat and gain a little muscle.

We're about the same size. You got an inch and about 5 lbs on me.

And I hope the same for myself.

5' 6.5" (yes, the .5 MATTERS)

170 lbs

I had a baby 5 months ago, and am breastfeeding, so I am trying to lose more of the bébé weight, but I have to be careful, and also the breastfeeding makes it hard, because my body is in full-on conservation mode. *sigh* I've already sacrificed enough for her to get about 3 years free of "I've given you so much! You're so ungrateful!"

funny!

Don't worry to much about it. Just eat healthy and begin some exercise. Your body's going to hold on to a lot of it until after breast feeding, and it needs it to nourish your precious little one.

And she is so worth it...

It's not too bad, I've just hit a plateau. Right before she was born, I was at - Holy moley - 200lbs. So I have lost 30 since (not really fair, 8lbs was Super easy Actually, no! Those were the 8 lbs I've worked hardest to lose in my whole life! )

I was a bit over @ 175 when I got pregnant, so I am doing ok, it just gets discouraging to witness the aftermath of the pregnancy, and not really be able to do a whole lot to regain control of my body yet. I WANT IT BACK NOW!
