I was wondering -does it matter at what time of day you take your vitamins? I know most shouldn't be taken on an empty stomach, but-does it matter if I take 'em right after breakfast one day-and late at night the next?
Any regular USP vitamin or mineral tends to need some food to aid it's absorption. If supplementing with amino acids or herbs, those work better on an empty stomach. Iron absorbs better when taken with vitamin C.
