can I make a suggestion for this thread? I think it's a good place to post not-good days of eating, but i think that just posting it won't help. A lot of people, myself included, are trying to get over SOME sort of eating problem, whether it's an eating disorder or eating too much junk food or not getting enough nutrients, and so on. So I think that people can post here their bad food days, but it should also be a place for people to tell us what we need to do to be healthier. you know, things like "eat more veggies. eat more calories. eat more in general"...see what i'm saying?
that said, I was home sick AGAIN (I think I'm dying) and so i picked alot. the things i ate:
onion rye toast w/ veg baked beans
light kettle corn
couple dried cranberries and pretzel sticks
and sezchuan vegetables (alot, but not the whole thing. and a few bites of rice)
for me, that is eating ALOT. I think I have a binge eating problem sometimes. It's like my body gets so hungry because I starved it for so long that I have periods where i just keep eating all day. I'm not sure how much I ate though, because I bet it's still under 1000. maybe more toast later.
