Deep pain in the foot

Hi there,
I am experiencing a deep pain in the instep of the foot. I thought it was because my foot needed warmth and I used socks but there was no use. But I feel better when I tie my foot with a warm towel. I don't know the actual reason for the pain. It comes often nowadays and I need a solution for it. I can't tie my foot with the towel while I go for work so I need an alternative solution.

There is a book called "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook" which deals with referred pain all over the body. There is a section on foot pain. The book was written by Clair Davis. I was given this book as a gift. You may be able to buy it on Amazon or there might be a website. It has helped me with foot pain, and hip pain. The book gives very simple solutions to pain through trigger points. Good luck.
