Been feeling great, but don't want to neglect anything that could cause me problems in the future. What all should vegans be concerned about? TY.

B12, calcium, iron, and vitamin D are a few things I can think of offhand (mainly because of threads on here. hehe).
And making sure you aren't blind or anything. That's kind of difficult to diagnose, but it's always safe to check.

B12, folic acid, iron and calcium.
Try to get the entire iron studies done because this tests stores/reserves and not just the amount in your blood currently.
I don't know if they'll do a Vit D study, its hard to test for. They'd probably do calcitonin or something instead, but I still don't think thats really necessary unless you are symptomatic.

What about Vit E? (I don't know very much about this vitamin sorry).

God loved birds, he created trees.
Man loved birds, he created cages.
