So guys, I am awake. I am sleeping better and have more energy during the day. I ended up taking a supplement... for one day only then forgot again. But I have made an effort to do some proper cooking, and my favourite of favourite curry dishes seems to do the trick. It's full of red peppers, aubergines, mushrooms and spices and is yummylicious. I also bought a shedload of fruit (something I have been neglecting) and some premade fruit salads. I've cut down on the sugary tea, replaced with fruit smoothies or black coffee, but I have had no more than two cups of coffee a daY. I also sarted doing the school run on foot instead of by car, and made Lydia the kitten sleep downstairs so I get undisturbed sleep (a huge difference!)
So all in all, I no longer worry that I'm diabetic, dying from an unknown disease, blah blah blah!!!
Because I am awake when I should be!!! Thanks for he advice etc, it all really helped xxx
