Are you getting candy for yourself? significant other? child?

I plan on getting myself some candy that I'll likely never eat. I'll probably order something to the girl i'm riiculous about and not give it to her. And my mother will scour the grocery stores to find something.

Why is valentine's generally so candy oriented? cause it's easy? I don't really even like candy much and that's really my go to gift.

there's lots of neat recipes for vegan truffles and I'm probably going to make some.

Nobody I know likes dark chocolate though!

you know those jordan/confetti almonds? candy coated almonds that come in different colours, often used as wedding favours.

the bulk barn in the mall where i work carries them but for valentine's day they have heartshaped confetti chocolates. they're vegan! and so good. the shells are thicker but once they melt down enough to chew em they taste like big smarties

i bought myself some as soon as i discovered them, i think i'll go back and get more before the v-day stuff is gone

I'm singin' here to get rid of fear
Hope it disappears right here with the rain
But I know life is pain, not like a fairytale
Meaningless to pray, so just goin' on my way

I'm expecting a box of vegan chocolates from my girlfriend. Ordered from Farm Sanctuary, I thought it was a cool little gift box. And it comes with a farm sanctuary pin too!
