Ooh, a good excuse to make some American-Irish soda bread with currants and caraway seeds in. I love that stuff!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!


This morning, my company provided a special breakfast for everyone. They were even thoughtful enough to get a vegan dish (home-fried potatoes and salsa - very tasty!).


I do wish that the Boston St. Patrick's Day parade would be more welcoming towards LGBT: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/huff-w...y-parade-gays/
