EDIT TO ADD: Ponyboy figured out that these are all vegan NOT vegetarian.

Found this on Cosmo - veggie mainstream to the max I guess. There's a lot of good looking dishes here - Image heavy too - so don't go look if you're hungry!

They are pretty much all vegan aren't they?

They all look really nice, great find.

I will be picky and say I wish that the article said vegan not vegetarian because they are pretty much all vegan and it seems they may have been scared to say vegan in case it turned people off.

Just a thought.

Geez, you're right. I went back and looked and they are all vegan. Well, that brings up an interesting question of why they wouldn't simply say vegan. Maybe you're right and they're scared - that's pretty wussy.

Or bad editing or maybe even lack of knowledge? It's still a good article which shows how easy and nice vegan food is.

The seitan roast looks delicious

I can't cope with American 'cups' and the conversions though :(

I bought a set of US size cups on ebay (although apparently there are two US cup sizes - both are smaller than metric ones) and I think it was worth the small investment as the majority of vegan recipes online are American.

I might pinch the seitan roast idea and attempt it for Christmas dinner - my seitan making is improving every try so hopefully I can pull it off!
