I can't seem to find much Faux meat in Perth other than what they sell in some Thai restaurants etc.

Does anyone know any good Faux meat brands which i can buy in perth or online? Can you also tell me where i can buy it from.

Thanks, much appreciated.

Don't Coles, Woolies, Foodland and places like that carry the Veggie Delight range over there? You could try the Asian supermarkets too. IMO they have the best fake meats.

Coles, woolies and IGA are good for it, although Coles are forever moving it around so I have to hunt for it.

Yea, I use coles and woolworths. They are always moving them tho. and the veggie roast log is delicious! and I enjoy the fry's schnitzels which are nice. and then for snags my fave are chickpea and spinach yummmm

The fake meats are in a green box (usually) andfound in the freezer section, and then near the dairy section in the fridge area, near the tofu and stuff. different places have different options tho

good luck

Thanks Lirpa and vefo.

And what are some of the brands of these faux meats? .... and what would they be labeled as. Would it be something like "Faux Chicken" ?

Mostly sanitarium products but a mix of others that come and go.

thanks heaps mate.

I found it on the Sanitarium website. Seem to be high in protein and mono-fats so that's awesome.

Yea, the most popular brand is sanitarium. The range is called Vegie delights I think. Usually in green boxes.

I dont think it actually says "faux chicken" and stuff. There are some called schnitzels, Not burgers, Lentil Burgers... Vegie Roast log...

SO yea, they are out there, just hard to find sometimes.

Sanitarium also does Nutmeat and fake mince, and mixed lentils that are in a can in the "healthy" section. I usually add nutmeat to spaghetti, and I like to use the lentil mix in things like tacos and burritos sometimes. so those are also some options.
