This new vegetarian fast food place (Maoz) just opened on M Street NW in DC (near corner with 18th

I've already been there a few times (it's close to my work).

Basically, for $4.95 you get a falafel on pita (choice of whole wheat), then load it up at the fix-ins bar.

Maoz is very similar to the Amsterdam Falafel Ship in Adams Morgan further up 18th Street, but Maoz is located in the heart of the business area which makes it convenient for lunch.

I normally head over to 25th Street for the Trader Joe's for lunch, but Maoz is a compelling option.

If anyone would like to meet up, let me know.

Ooh another DC vegan! I'll have to look this place up if I'm in the neighbourhood.

I just took a quick peek at their website and it looks pretty good. Seeing as it's fast food, is it still healthy?

I've been to Maoz locations in other cities and they're always pretty tasty. I'd recommend it if you're looking to change things up.

Maoz is AMAAAZING. Seriously. Go, eat falafel. I do not give a crap if it's healthy or unhealthy. Just go there and eat their falafel. It is delicious.

This rambling review brought to you by last summer's vacation to DC.
