Is Trent Reznor a vegetarian or a vegan or is he just against fur trade? Anyone happen to know? I know he made a video about the cat and dog fur industry in China but I can't seem to find an answer other than a single one on yahoo answers, which isn't very reliable.

i was wondering the same thing after my friend took me to a NIN concert in november and i heard he did an anti-fur peta video. i also couldnt find anything saying he was veg*n. but i assume the leather looking pants he wore on stage were faux...(i hope at least!)

and idk if youre a fan, but serj tankian drom SOAD is vegetarian....but i heard a rumor that he ate fish, im not sure it was true though.

I have never heard anything to indicate either way. I saw him in concert this past November and even though my seats weren't the closest to the stage, I could tell he is pretty jacked these days. For whatever reason he seems to be doing a fair amount of body-building. That can be tricky (though not impossible as many champion builders have proven) to do on a vegetarian diet unless you have a good dietitian.

After seeing the video clip for "Closer" I'd be doubtful, too.

Love the post? Why not buy the T-shirt!

That's what I instantly thought!

I imagine that if he was, the fact would be quite well known. I suppose it would be something of a novelty.

http://www.peta2.com/Outthere/o-serj.asp That seems to be pretty good information on Serj. I saw him live at Auckland Big Day Out last Friday. Always liked SoaD, but he sure has my respect for that stuff.

And I find this http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...=1006050811679 on Trent Reznor. It only seems to lead to the fact he did the video, though, nothing to say for sure he's veg*n.

Isn't time-lapse photography of decomposing animal carcasses something of a trademark of NIN videos? Or at least used to be back in the 90s or something? I'm not really sure what to make of that.
