I could drink the stuff.

Seriously, celery and vegan ranch, or Salt and Vinegar chips would be my favorites. I am burned out on hummus, I made it two or three times a week all last year and now we're all just eh... moving on to other snacks I guess...

fruit, hummus with anything, PB&J, cookies, starburst (vegan in the UK but not other countries so watch out), toast with tinned chopped tomatoes, bread and margarine, cucumber, tomato ... just, whatever doesn't take long to prepare

me too. whenever my partner and I are doing our food shopping, when we get to the chip aisle, we always look at each other and say "no! were not buying those cuz were healthy people". Then some time later in the week when were watching a movie or something, you can bet one of us will end up driving to the 24 hr shop at 2am to get chips

Ditto! Totally weak when it comes to chips... especially chips and salsa.

Avocado mashed with sea salt and red pepper flakes, either spread on a toasted bagel or with baby carrots to dip in.

I like raw veggies like carrots, celery, broccoli and green beans dipped in a creamy ranch or ranch-type dressing. I like Nasoya's creamy soy-based dressings) all vegan) for that purpose.

I also tried something yesterday that I liked. I put a small corn tortilla on a plate, placed a cheddar cheese slice (you can also use meltable cheddar-style vegan cheese if you prefer) on it, topped that with another corn tortilla, and zapped it all in the microwave for a minute to melt the cheese. Then I pulled up the top tortilla and spooned some salsa onto the cheese (fresh is obviously better, but I have only a jar of the cooked stuff right now; it's not a bad idea to keep a jar of that on hand in case you run out of the fresh salsa), replaced the top tortilla, rolled it all up, and munched down. Mmmmmmm! It was soooo good I made another one!

Raspberries! It's getting to be a problem - I'm on a punnet a day...

ETA: But if I wasn't slimming, it would have to be my Mum's famous sandwiches:

- Cashew nuts (unsalted, whole)

- Celery (chopped into chunky bits)

- Sultanas

- Egg-free mayonnaise

- Grated Cheezly

^^ All mixed up in a toasted wholemeal pitta bread. Yummyyy!

I wish Celeste Pizza would make a soy pizza with veggies for us, or one of the other companies should. I don't like the vegetable pizza by Amy's with the artichokes , I also wish we could get some of the little mini tacos that they make in chicken and beef, only ours should be pinto beans, they only take 20 miniutes to bake in the oven, but they're all meat tacos . I like fast and easy stuff to snack on, mostly I just eat potato chips - the non-dairy ones.

This will sound very strange, but my favourite snack at the moment is probably microwaved carrot. I just peel a carrot, slice it, cover it with boiling water in a bowl and give it five minutes in the microwave. That way I get a snack (boiled carrot slices) and a hot drink (carrot water) in one!

I like to cook some quick Asian noodles and then stir fry them in a mix of sesame and canola oil, then while frying add soy sauce and a little sriracha sauce.

Not too healthy, I know....

Otherwise it's a banana or soy or oat yogurt.

Be careful microwaving carrots, they can catch on fire easily! Definately stick to putting them in water first. I watched a show on the food network about what not to put in the microwave and raw carrots by themselves can be pretty horrible.

My favorite unhealthy snack is Cool Ranch Dortios for sure...they will be death of me, I swear!! Mmm......they're so freaking delicous though!!

Otherwise, I love, love, love celery sticks!! They HAVE TO be crunchy so I always cut up my stalks as soon as I get home from grocery shopping and fill up a covered tupperware container with cold water and store my celery sticks in there and then in the fridge.

That's the first thing I do as well. Firms the celery right up and it keeps much longer too.
