I did enjoy the site, thanks.

I have always believed we eat partially with our eyes & always try to make my meals as visually appetising as possible & have a nice combination of colours on the plate.

I like this guide.

I notice there is no 'brown for meat' list thank goodness.

It IS a great site. There are forces in the National Cancer Institute, as well as nutritional orgnaizations, that are trying to get the message out even though the meat industry has so many people in high places to keep TOO much of the truth from becoming public knowledge.

Yeah...brown doesn't seem like a very healthy color. I mean, think about it, what ELSE is brown? I love this 5 a day thing tho...it makes sense. Balanced table for a balanced diet. Totally kicks the food pyramid's butt.

My boyfriend works at the lil' '5 a day' warehouse.

One thing that is funny is that all of his coworkers are always snackin on junk. Like their bosses wife brings in cakes and cookies, choc covered pretzels and bagels. The only thing he can eat is the bagels.

Shouldn't they be eating broccoli or something!?
