Recently a book came out by Cornell Professor T. Colin Campbell who discovered after 27 + years of research that the protein that comprises 87% of dairy's proitein -- casein strongly promotes cancer.

He found that he removed dairy from the diet, the cancer would stop growing, add it back in and then it would start again. Depending on the levels.

This book has the most amazing information to counter the disinformation we get.

His study was financed by the National Institutes of Health as well as the American Cancer Society and the American Instutute of Cancer Research.

He found that soy and wheat protien did not promote cancer but that meat based protien did, especially dairy.

Very interesting. Pass the word.

hey, cool finding...

i'm in china right now and they consume so much dairy it's actually ridiculous... it's not in many of the foods, but there's definitely a lot of milk-drinking that goes on (ugh) and i've been told that this is more of a recent phenomena than anything... i was hoping i'd find something relating to this in the form of an empirical study, so thanks!
