Is the best read I've had since going veg 5 or 6 months ago. It has a really good health guide that was really informative. If anyone's relativly new to being veg/vegan like I am, I hightly suggest getting a copy.

Glad you liked it. I think it's pretty good too.



I would be in more support of Vegan Outreach in general if they were more clear about veganism and didn't waffle as much about what is vegan and what isn't.

I got the peta's starter kit too. I like Vegan Outreaches a lot more because it gives you a lot of nutritional guides and information.

I have that and the pictures in the "Why vegan" boycott cruelty book made me cry, but then agian I always cry when it comes to A.R
