The ones I have are vegetarian but not vegan. Do vegan ones exist?

I f I say "yes" will you actually believe me? I remember responding on a marshmallow thread that something was vegan and you refused to believe me due to the minute possibility of cross-contamination.

To answer your question, yes they are vegan as evidenced by the following link.

http://needsweets.co.uk/saucers.html

They are clearly marked as vegan as well as vegetarian.

Hope that answers your question

You might want to thank people for doing your googling for you before you ask another specific question about the veg*n-ness of some sugar food.

You can't I'm afraid as they use beeswax on them.

There are other Haribo sweets that are allegedly vegan but I can't remember what they are. It's probably best to contact Haribo direct.

Liquinn once tried geegle, but his finger fell off due to lack of sugar.

The important question is, do Flying Saucers taste like flying saucers, and if not, why not?

@Liquinn

Apologies, I read your post incorrectly.

You can buy veggie (but not vegan) Haribo Funny Mix at Asda, on Amazon or via the link I gave above for the Flying Saucers

I had no idea there was a food called Flying Saucers. Learn something new every day.

The last time I saw a flying saucer was when I was a little girl and my parents were arguing in the kitchen.

Became a vegan on September 2014, best decision ever!
I know humans consider it a grave insult to be called an animal. Well, I would never give a human the fine distinction of being called an animal, because an animal may kill to live but an animal never lives to kill. Humans have to earn the right to be called animals again.”

E.T., the Extra Terrestrial, is a vegetarian. In the movie, he is only seen to consume fruit, Reese's Pieces candy, and beer.
