FYI:

(among many other sites)

http://www.famousveggie.com

http://www.geocities.com/rainforest/4954/2A.HTM

I can't pick one, but I at least narrowed it down to vegans (living and dead):

Mohandas Ghandi

Mutt Lange

Carl Lewis

Moby

River Phoenix

Natalie portman!! Well, I like her body anyway! (Don't tell my g/f!!)

But I also like Moby. He's a cool guy. Whenever I see him on TV, i always think baout what a great guy he is. If you've ever seen Moby's MTV cribs, it's cool. His house is really simple, but somehow, it's so good!

And Moby is a bit of an icon around my group of friends. We use the term to describe the skinhead haircut, ever since these young kids at school started calling this kid "Moby" after he got a skinhead. Now we all say "Hey he's got a Moby!" to mean that someone is pretty much bald.

Well, natalie portman isn't vegan. She just vegetarian, but quite strict anyway! And very sexy!!! I also like star wars. (No, i'm not one of those geeks who stalks Jeri Ryan 24/7, Just in case you were asking! - Star Trek isn't my bag.)

Joaquin Phoenix, and Jude Law

I win! End thread!

j/k Also Sarah McLachlan, Jamie Kennedy, and ladies and gentlemen, my favorite vegetarian EVER:

Cesar Chavez.

I went to a leadership institute in his honor, I admired him before, but I learned so much more about him. I admire him to no end! And there I met my only fellow Hispanic, vegan friend.

Ooo, didn't know Natalie Portman was vegetarian. She gets my vote.

Okay...she and Ghandi. Natalie Portman and Ghandi...what an oddball combination

Oh Wierd Al! I've had a crush on him since I was thirteen. OMG, that was twenty years ago!

I dont like Good Charlotte very much,

but they are hot.. But guttingly the hottest one is the only non-vege.

But other than that my fav vege would prob be Benji (if hes the one with the piercings)

I'd say Steve Jobs of Apple computers (vegan as far as I know)

Even though I'm a PC user, I really believe Steve Jobs has had more creative input into the modern home computer than Bill Gates. IMHO , Gates is a business man but Jobs had the better creative ideas

haha Loki, ok you get to join the vegan star wars fan club. so far i thought i was the only one. a lot of people belive that jedi don't wear leather either, but i have a whole big theory about it, and at the risk of exposing the fact that im a big fat dork, ill just keep it to myself

I *heart* Natalie Portman. That girl is just too gorgeous.

I heard that Bob Barker is a vegetarian...and I watched the Price Is Right everyday when I was a kid, so I think he must be one of my favorite veg*ans. ^^

We see the world as "we" are, not as "it" is; because it is the "I" behind the "eye" that does the seeing.

Danny... too funny... I went to high school with the kids from Good Charlotte (well, I graduated with their older brother, they graduated two years after I did). small world. It's just really weird to hear people talk about them like they're celebrities or something.

My vote is whole heartedly for Weird Al, hands down, he's the best. (yes, even over Moby) If the vote were for most awesome vegan, then Moby would get the vote, but since vegetarians are included (as well they should be) then Al trumps all.
