I would like to know the key facts on partially hydrogenated soybean oil. I have heard very bad things about it and it just happens to be an ingredient in many, many foods and snacks.

Yeah. It's not good for the bod. Nor is any hydrogenated oil. Steer clear for the sake of your arteries.

I have no idea how good this source is, but what is siad about hydrogenated fats blocking receptors for normal fats echos what I've heard about hydrogenated oils.
