Wonderful! My hubby is a chicken, fish, and dairy eater as well as eggs in recipes, but I'm working on him. At least (not to say it's a good thing) you have a health condition to use for leverage. My hubby hasn't been sick or to a doctor since he was 7 years old, he's 25 now.
I was wondering about the label thing, as well. I would like to call myself a pure vegan, but...I have had a few slip-up's, two times unintentional (discovered casein in a soy cheese, and whey in some veggie burgers) and I "caved" and had a small ice cream cone a few weeks ago.
You could say that you are 90% vegan or whatever percentage, I think that is fair.
