Answers from men preferred, and I am on a budget (but can invest if they're fantastic):

What is your routine
How much do these products last?

I have normal/oily skintone. No major acne, very
rarely get pimples but have little red spots on face
from previous breakouts.

Thanks

I know you are looking for male input but I figured I would share a great brand with you...

"Kiss My Face" is all organic and animal-testing free products. MOST of their products are vegan. http://www.kissmyface.com/content/faq If you click on "What products are appropriate for vegans?" There is the short list of products the are not vegan because they contain honey or beeswax. I rely on them for my hair shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and cremes. I love all of their stuff.

I hope this helps :)

Dude skin and lady skin is kind of similar.

(Obviously shaving your face makes the care slightly different).

If you're really worried about it, see if you can find a place that does skin consultations. They can at least start you off on the right track for the right routine for your skin.

I have combination skin. I use Sukin as my go-to product. It's vegan, but does contain palm oil.

Bodhi Me is also a good vegan brand.

As is Innoxa and Natio (they're not always vegan friendly, but they're not tested on animals and they do have a dude skincare range as well).

My routine, if I'm doing it properly-

In the morning, I wash my face with one of their cleansers (I don't use the cleansers for oily skin, despite having combination because that was drying out my skin far too much).

Then, I use the Sukin Rosehip oil. Then sunscreen and BB creme after that. Then, if I'm going to work, I put on make up.

At night, same thing, except no sunscreen or BB creme. :P

Once a week, I use one of the facial scrubs. Sometimes it causes a small break out, but most of the time it's just good to get rid of any of the stuff that's threatening to come through. If I do get any break outs (usually from not washing my make up off properly) I use the Natio spot creme. It works quite well and last I checked the ingredients, was vegan.

I actually have really lovely skin most of the time now (used to have terrible skin).
