I am having a hard time finding motivational, informational, or nutritional podcasts and audiobooks. I figured we could come up with a list of podcasts or audiobooks together to help everyone. I am sure I am not the only one looking for this kind of thing.

To start us off...

1. "Vegetarian Food for Thought" podcast by Colleen Patrick-Goudreau. She is an amazing woman who speaks about issues related to vegan and vegetarianism.

Just because we always have, doesn't mean we always have to.

Once we KNOW better, we should DO better.

Well, are you looking just for vegetarian media? Or is vegan media included too? Are you looking for just podcasts and audiobooks or are YouTube videos and presentations useful too? Our member Yingchen recently wrote an article on "12 Speeches that Define Veganism" and included in that list are speeches that focus on health and ethical issues. Most of the materials I am familiar with support veganism rather than vegetarianism, though.

Wow thank you very much! I will read the speeches for sure!

I guess I should have been more clear. I walk my dog every day for about an hour and I also go to college on a large campus which I walk around daily. I am looking for a vegetarian (or vegan!) podcast or audiobook because I want something I can listen to that is interesting/informational. I am hoping some of you guys listen to podcasts or something similar that would help me.

Thank You

The Vegan Feed (vegan)

Vegcast (vegetarian)

I also found this list of podcasts on about.com : Top 6 Vegetarian and Vegan Podcasts

I hope you find these helpful. :)
