Fruits and vegetables contain minerals and vitamins which is used to heal our injuries and wound quickly. Daily use of vegetables like Cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, reddish, etc and fruits like apple, water melon, bananas, oranges, etc can produce bright effects on your health. Using these fruits and vegetables increases your mental caliber and growth.

Hi Hariss, 

 

Mentioned fact is true but vegetables like Cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, reddish, etc are also helpful in case of constipation. Tons of people suffering from the same and they advised for these vegetables. Fiber contained vegetables and fruits are always helpful in digestion system. It keeps our body fit and healthy.

This is all I eat salads, melons, berries, apples, carrots and cucumbers , I am still working on tomatos but, on top of that I eat whole grains and whole nuts and oats to eat. I am beginning to feel better.
