Okay, now that we've had our share of US nastiness, let me show you some traditional Norwegian omni food.

Yes, that is indeed the head of a sheep on a platter. It's considered a delicacy by many.

That would be sausage made from mostly blood. Directly translated it means "blood sausage".

This is fish that's been marinated in some sort of vile substance over a long period of time. It smells just completely disgusting!

So, Norwegian traditional fare.... Not too appetizing!

Well, I'm glad I can impress you then grin.gif Most Norwegians don't eat that though... Except for holidays... The sheep head is usually served sometime during fall... No idea why. And the fish is traditional to serve at Christmas. How anyone thought serving foul, stinky fish on CHRISTMAS is beyond me... spew.gif

I haven't seen ribs for a long time. Looking at them through new eyes, they are kind of freaky. Meat doesn't always look like dead animals, but the ribs I can easily see coming off the animal. Freaky and kind of sick.

This is really really disturbing and honestly makes me wonder what is wrong with people and why they eat these things:

My heart just stopped. That's the most disturbing thing I've ever laid eyes on. I have 5 ducks, and they are my babies. I can't BELIEVE anyone could possibly pay money or anything, really, for their heads! People are so messed up!

Excuse me while I go barf out the window. My dad just gave CPR to my pet gerbil last night, because he had hypothermia! This is so terrible! How people like you and I can be so sweet and compassionate, and then others do.....This. And the duck heads. I don't even pretend to understand the slaughter of any animal, but how could you find the motive in your little messed up body to harm something so adorable and innocent??

From wikipedia:

"Sheep's head, burned (to remove the hairs), salted, smoked and cooked. A delicacy from Voss, Western Norway."

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

On My granddad who was a fisherman, loved to eat cooked fish heads. (Including the eyes. Yuck.) I've unfortunately had fried fish tongue on several occasions.

Another dish I've tasted:

"Lutefisk (Norwegian) or Lutfisk (Swedish) or Ludfisk (Danish) [...] is a traditional dish of the Nordic countries. It is made from aged stockfish (air-dried whitefish) or dried/salted whitefish (klippfisk) and lye (lut). It is gelatinous in texture, and has an extremely strong, pungent odor. Its name literally means "lye fish."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lutefisk

I'm really glad I don't have to eat any of that stuff anymore. The worst thing I've ever tasted must be fermented fish, though.

Yup. Smalahove (name of the dish) is pretty much the most disgusting thing ever. I'm from Norway and eating it is regarded as a form of 'test of manliness', whatever the hell that's supposed to mean...

That's a whole new level of disturbing - it made me almost weep! It reminded me of the ducks they had strung up in windows of restaurants in the Chinatown where I used to live; it made me so sad every time I went past.

The only positive is (if you want to look at it like that) is that it reinforces my dietary choices smiley.gif

Shudder!

Eww, just look at that vibrant, glossy APPLE with it's crisp skin and creamy sweet center! SICKENING.

Then I stumbled upon THIS slice of heaven:

Chewy muscle coated in a warm, metallic flavoured blood. Yummy, yummy!

I choose all three. bigcry.gifspew.giffurious.gif + veganpolice.gifwhip.gifrifle.gif

Their food isn't appetising nor revolutionary- they're merely loud, obnoxious, gluttonous, selfish people who put excessive amounts of animals in food. It's not that they're unaware that meat is animals- they ripped flesh from a burnt pig's face as well as a sheep's face with their teeth, cooked several turtles into the shape of turtles with the thumbnail of living turtle, put pictures of animals (babies and adults) who they're going to cook in the thumbnails, shape their food into the animals they're going to eat or even put the cooked flesh into another animal, and one of the videos is called "Slaughterhouse Special". When they post videos of them shopping they don't even read the labels, they litterally just sweep everything from the shelf. Their fans don't seem to have a problem with what they're doing either and there are so many angry veg*n-stereotypes (not angry-vegan stereotypes, for the most part) and insults in the comments without any provocation. EMT made a video targetting vegans forcing fruit and vegetables in their mouths, nevermind that it's often the over way round. Are they worried that they're going extinct? Perhaps we ought to eat them to keep their population stable! idea2.gif

"Meat is murder" is mocked for being a stereotypical veg*n phrase, yet it's sickeningly tempting to shout it right back at the unlawful judge who deems murder both acceptable and humorous. brood.gif

(Long story short- I hate these guys guts /moody)

I didn't "see" the chicken feet until you said what they were - they looked like tempura to me!
