I had a wrap. It had two boca chik'n nuggets chopped up, spinach, tomato, and red onion in a flour tortilla. Then I took some stone ground mustard and agave nectar to make like a honey mustard sauce (I call it agave mustard) and mixed in some fresh ground flax seed and drizzled that over everything before wrapping it up. It was tasty!

I had my favorite lunch, tomato sandwich: Two slices whole wheat bread, heavily spread with veganaise, loaded up with slices of tomatoes fresh from my garden, and dusted thoroughly with salt and pepper. It was so good I ate two of them!

I got up late so it was brunch for me. Hashbrowns with brown gravy. Wanted to make country gravy but I'm almost out of almond milk and I wanted some vegan sausage in it. Tomorrow I plan on going to the health food store along with the farmers market, so I'll stock up on things so I can make a proper breakfast for dinner Monday night to make up for my pathetic brunch today. haha.

I decided to act like a real vegetarian for once and have a salad for lunch. I figure I need to eat vegetables in public once in a while to keep the vegetarian label.

I had a Quizno's veggie sub on brown bread with no cheese or tomato and extra guacamole for the 3rd day in a row, I have become obsessed! It's simply the best veggie sub I've ever tried, loaded with olives, guacamole, red onions, lettuce, sliced mushrooms, and red wine vinegarette. NOM!!!

I had a spinach pie (a calzone-y kind of thing stuffed with cooked spinach and onions), some left-over green bean and tomato salad, and a handful of soy crisps while I was waiting for the spinach pie to warm up.
