Tomatoes. Summer ones. And good cucumbers, not the diseased oozy pathetic looking ones from the grocery that rot in two days; seems like that's the only kind we've been having around here lately. BOO.

Luckily we have good cucumbers here. I think you'll get better ones further into spring/summer when there aren't only the ones that have been sitting in a crate for months.

Good thread idea.



I'm craving something light, but unfortunately my mom bought nasty frozen pizzas since moneys tight, I'll need to search for veggie broth, I'm craving a light soup.

And herbal tea.

I make these croquettes over mashed potatoes and gravy (all vegan). It's all homemade and no processed food. It's my one comfort food since becoming vegan. Mmmmm....

Grr that reminds me of my situation. My mom is busy and doesn't wanna cook, so she buys a lot of instant crap instead of letting me cook something brilliant...I need healthy food!
