I've seen Earthlings.

Is there another movie similar?

or just focused around the topics of "Why be Vegetarian/Vegan" (not necessarily JUST about animal cruelty, but other reasoning too).

and I'm not talking about a a 5-6 minute youtube video, I'm talking at least 30/45 minutes to 1.5 hours(i.e. full-length movie).

and if possible, are they downloadable?

These aren't about being vegetarian, but Food, Inc. and Fast Food nation are really good.

They are more geared towards the industrialization of our food supply.

I started watching them when I went organic, and ended up organic and vegetarian.

My friend saw the movie "Eating," and I guess that was really good. Mostly about the health aspect, just touched on environment and animals a little bit.

There is an old film called "The Animals' Film," which has just been released on DVD. It is possibly the first such movie of its kind.

slops, gloops, and gruels.

Food,INC is one that comes to mind, but if you want more general animal doco's i recommend, The Cove, Sharkwater, Pirate of the Sea etc.
