The advent of processed food in local supermarkets had very little impact on the way I eat. Soy milk becoming much more available in cafes and shops has had a huge impact though.

Reading this thread makes me feel so overwhelmed that I can run across the street and buy Vegenaise and So Delicious anytime I want. (I'm lucky enough to live across the street from a Choices Market, very similar to the Whole Foods Markets I keep hearing about from the States)
