I assume these follow the same rules as in the recipe forum? Only post a recipe if it's your own or you provide the instructions in your own words?

And, if we try a recipe provided in the VB forum and want to blog about it, would you prefer we include a link to the recipe in the forum instead of trying to rewrite instructions?

Yep, same thing. If you're posting a recipe that's on VB you don't really need to rewrite it. Here's an example of what I did...

I posted my little review along with the recipe and then provided a link to the original recipe in case anyone wanted to discuss it.
