Ling Ling Springrolls! They're vegan and the wrapper has a great tempura batter crisp to it!

I've liked the individual frozen meals from the Indian grocery-Udupi and Babu's

I just tried those for the first time a couple weeks ago! So good. I first saw them in 2010 a small store for like $8. I wanted to get them but couldn't justify the price. Then I saw them again in a store near me for only $3 and some change and had to get them. Yum! And my bag had one extra roll in it, which is awesome.

I've never seen those before. I'll keep an eye out.

I could probably eat it if it had maybe half the "pepperoni" chunks on it, but I don't know if I'll ever buy another Tofurky pizza after that experience.

You probably wouldn't do well with it then, it had a lot of sausage on it. I'm prone to heartburn and neither pizza bothered me.

I have always wanted to try sweet potato tots and I have coupons for Alexia products but I read reviews saying these were really disappointing.

Wanted to update that I have tried these since I posted this. I was far from disappointed. These things are amazing.

One of my new favorite frozen meals is the Lean Cuisine Vegetable Eggroll. The eggroll was soggy on one side and it had bell peppers in the rice, but I still REALLY liked the flavor. If they had a separate compartment for the eggroll and took out the bell peppers, it would be perfect.

The #1 gripe in the reviews is the soggy eggroll.

I really like a bunch of the Amy's frozen dinners, including her macaroni and "cheese," the Thai stir-fry, and the Indian tofu and bean dal. I also love the Kashi frozen dinner with plantains, whatever it's called.

The low sodium Amy's burritos are nasty.

400 Tofu Scramble

400  No Cheese pizza

400 Tofu Scramble Pocket Sandwich

And Tandoor Chef Stuff :)

700 Garden Vegetable Naanwich

400 Sweet & Sour Chik'n

400Thai Vegetable Kai Soi. Omg THIS has to be one of the best entrees in the world. I want to eat bowls and bowls of it. It's like a spicy coconut curry thing... love it. If i had to eat one food dish for the rest of my life, it would be this.

Recently found frozen yakisoba at Costco. Looks vegan. Takes only 3 minutes to heat in microwave. Add a bit of cubed baked tofu (or not) and it's a very satisfying lunch.
