I started reading this book last week and can't put it down. It all makes so much sense. I haven't fully adopted the diet, but am cooking some of his recipes sporadically. Applying a scientific...
I've been making muffins from this book for a few months now.. or the cake versions... and they are going down well... The cinnamon buns are tasty and so are many of the puddings at the back....
I bought this bar of chocolate as part of a large(ish!) order from UK-based company A Lot of Chocolate and it was definitely one of my favourites. I wish I'd ordered more as they are now out of...
I like these spicy nuggets on my salad. They're great by themselves too. Texture is pretty good for a meatless product, but the real standout is how much buffalo flavor they pack in a tiny nugget.
I am having blue diamond natural whole almonds in the 100 calorie pack. I am on the second one, but at least I passed up the grilled cheese cause I can't be in the kitchen riight now. I know, I'm nosey.
and about the M&Ms they may be veggie but the company that makes them tests on animals...thats why I stopped eating them...it was soooo hard to do that but I had too.
I'm just getting up now, haven't had bkft yet, but at 11:00 last night, I made myself an english muffin with fresh PB on it.....mmm!

The last thing I ate was six squares of dark chocolate last night. Currently I am drinking my coffee and in a bit I am going to have raisin spice Kashi oatmeal with soymilk and fiber one cereal for breakfast. Yum!
I sliced eggplant, put a piece of garlic on each, w/ sea salt and veg oil (no evoo in my dorm right now, problem!) and baked it.. yum! followed by a beet, raw (b/c i was too impatient to cook anything else..haha).
Ahahahaa I heard about 'Clo-fu' on npr's Wait Wait Don't Tell Me! news quiz yesterday..crazy! George responded that he would not support the effort, and that he was 'offended as a mammal.' Hahaa funny story.
Veggie "beef" skewers with chipotle BBQ (they don't taste BBQ-ey or spicy/smoky like chipotles, but they're really good) and loaded mashed potatoes. That was breakfast.
