And I took the boy to Rite Aid where their photo studio is less expensive than anywhere else. I always go there for passport photos and the like. He was all surprised that it's even cheaper than Wal-Mart. He needed photos in black and white on a CD so he can send them to his sister in Guatemala for some papers there his family is reconstructing for him. (It must suck to have your parents be war refugees when you were born and not have a birth certificate or any real idea which of two countries you were born in.)

I went searching for mittens that I was sure I had, but couldn't find any. 





Especially when one gets one sleeve in it and has to change one's pyjamas.
